Brand marketing plan

Marketing efforts

In 2005 we had brand awareness campaign that went unsuccessful because of lack of material and marketing tools. We tried to spread out the brand and the services we are offering but our goal wasn't reached because things didn't go as we expected. Less feedback from the audience is a sign of unsuccessful campaign. Today we are planning everything, we discovered our strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. Our marketing team is working overtime to ensure that people across the country are aware of our existence.

The best marketing goals for our organization

  • Acquire new members or donors

  • Deepen community engagement

  • Raise awareness of a worthwhile mission

  • Become a thought leader and go-to resource on an issue

  • Increase your volunteer network

  • Attract corporate sponsors and nonprofit partners

Smart objectives for our organization

  • Specific: we choose an objective with one key result. Include descriptive details about what exactly Samaritan Children’s home is aiming to achieve, why and how it will support our mission.

  • Measurable: we ensure our goal has clear performance indicators that will help us measure performance later on. We also want to ensure that we have the tools available to measure our progress toward those KPIs along the way.

  • Achievable (but Ambitious): Given our current reality (time, money, expertise, help, etc.), choose something we know we can set out to do, but will also push us to learn more.

  • Relevant: Effective objectives contribute to the organization’s overall success. Increasing donations may be more tied to our organization’s overall objectives, while simply increasing Twitter followers may not.

  • Time-based: Create a realistic deadline we want to achieve this by. Then, set doable milestones along the way.

We want to achieve the following goals

  • 50% increase in blog traffic by December 2023.

  • 25% increase in social media shares by October 2023.

  • 10% increase in Facebook post impressions by October.

  • 3,000 video views on YouTube by January 2024.

  • 10% increase in your email open rate by May 2024.

  • 5,000 total views on TikTok by February 2024.
